Our guide/driver picks you from our hotel and transfers you to Entebbe International Airport to catch up with a scheduled flight to the nearest Kasese Airstrip.
Day 1: Entebbe Airport-Fly to Kasese Airstrip and Transfer to Semuliki
You can choose to go with the morning flight, departing at 07:45am and arriving at 10:05am or with the afternoon flight which departs at 12:45pm and arrives at 14:45pm. Our guide/driver picks you from our hotel and transfers you to Entebbe International Airport to catch up with a scheduled flight to the nearest Kasese Airstrip.
While on your flight you will enjoy a beautiful aerial view of the changing landscape. The flight is only for 2hours to Kasese and then transfer to Semuliki National Park just above the mighty Mountain Rwenzori ranges. Get your afternoon lunch in Fort Portal and get ready to take a guide walk through the crater lakes area and a visit to Amabeere Ga Nyinamwiru caves.
Proceed to Semuliki National Park. This is a home of 53 mammals of which 23 are large mammals, 11 species are endemic to the park, including the pygmy antelopes and the two flying squirrel species. It is also home to the peculiar water chevrotain, known as the Fanged deer. A night game drive for big cats is a must for an outstanding safari encounter in Africa.
Day 2: Discover Semuliki National Park

An early morning breakfast is dedicated for a game drive, the park is a home of forest elephants and buffaloes which are smaller versions of their dwelling relatives. It is also home of over 53 mammals of which 27 are large mammals, 11 species are endemic the park including the pygmy antelopes and two flying squirrel species
Afternoon will be at boat drive ride along Lake Albert for an amazing birding opportunity. Look out for the blue swallow, white throated swallow, swamp palm bulbul, spotted Greenbul and white starred Robin among othersnight stay at Semuliki Lodge (high-end facility). Day 3: Full Day Semuliki
Get on a morning search for the rare shoebill stock in the wildlife reserve and then a visit to the Sempaya hot springs. Sempaya hot springs are Semulilki most famous attractions. The male springs, known as (Bintete) measures 12m in diameters and is set in a lush swampy clearing.
The female hot spring (Nyasimbi), meaning the female ancestors, is a boiling geyser (103degree) which spurts bubbling water and steam up to two meters high, the steam cloud can be seen from as far as 2km away. Local people used to cook their food in these boiling pools.
The afternoon is spent on relaxation and sightseeing around the lodge. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Full Day Relaxation Semuliki
Today is dedicated for a complete relaxation around the lodge with your loved ones, family and friends. Enjoy and sip your wine or soft drink.

Day 5: Kampala/ Entebbe out
After breakfast, drive back to Kampala at your convenience via Mubende –Mityana road with lunch en-route at your choice restaurant or hotel. You will then proceed to Kampala and transfer to Entebbe international airport for your evening flight back home or to your next destination.
